InterAgency Standing Committee (IASC) / OCHA Humanitarian Reform Support Unit (HRSU), 2006-present: For UN OCHA’s HRSU, InterWorks provided training services resulting in the design and development of the Cluster/Sector Leadership Training (CSLT). The CSLT is a blended learning programme including a pre-workshop distance learning component and a face-to-face training workshop designed for a target audience of experienced humanitarian and emergency personnel selected by global lead agencies to serve as cluster/sector leads either presently, or some time in the near future. As such, the CSLT seeks to augment the participants’ own field experience with cluster specific knowledge, skill reinforcement and tools which will help them to implement the cluster approach consistently and to function effectively as cluster/sector leads (i.e. coordinators) at the country level.
