UNESCO International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP), 2006-2007: InterWorks worked with the Ministry of Education in Afghanistan to develop the National Education Strategic Plan (2006-2010) and the 2007 Annual Operational Plan to support implementation of the NESP.
