United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), 2005: InterWorks conducted an evaluation of the UNHCR/NRC partnership to protect refugees and persons of concern through deployment of education experts which included field study of two of the target countries, Guinea and Sierra Leone.
