Evaluation of USAID Programs in the Democratic Republic of Congo

United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA), 2004: InterWorks led an independent team to evaluate DCHA assistance to the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The evaluation focused on issues of assisting IDPs and the report was widely used as part of a synthesis “Support to IDPs” sponsored by SIDA and as an example of good practice in the ALNAP 2004 Annual Review, Meta-Synthesis chapter.
