InterWorks facilitated a staff retreat for the UNHCR’s Sri Lanka Country Team from 11-13 December 2005 in Mr. Lavinia, Sri Lanka. The main objective of the retreat was to guide and improve UNHCR’s planning, impact and performance in 2006 by taking stock of 2005 operations; mapping out key features of UNHCR’s operational direction, strategies and activities; and gaining a better understanding of the larger operational picture through teambuilding and cross-fertilization.
