Interworks was part of the team that designed and taught the University of Wisconsin-Madison Continuing Studies’ six-day “Professional Trainer’s Certificate” program, created for trainers and others who do workplace training, staff development, and adult education. For this program, Interworks delivered three modules: 1) the adult learner, 2) learning styles and 3) trainer as strategic business partner.
